TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACADEMY ENROLMENT

By enrolling in any program at Della Tennis, you agree to adhere to our professional code of conduct. This includes maintaining technical discipline, respecting coaching staff, and ensuring a safe training environment for all participants.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Della Tennis maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all private and group sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.

Program refunds are only issued in cases of documented medical necessity. Seasonal commitments are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

3. WET WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather, Della Tennis will notify participants via SMS at least 60 minutes prior to the session start time. Affected sessions will be credited to the user's account or rescheduled based on coach availability.

4. LIABILITY & SAFETY

While we maintain the highest safety standards, tennis involves inherent physical risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to waive liability for injuries sustained during standard training activities conducted in accordance with our safety protocols.
